Legacy of Al Piña: National Black and Latino Economic Summit Flagship Video
Al Piña's vision was for African American & Latino communities to join forces and achieve economic justice for everyone in the United States regardless of skin color or "social" status. The National Black and Latino Economic Summit is the culmination of that vision. The Summit connects non-profits & small businesses from the African American & Latino communities with heavy hitters from major banking institutions. The goal: education, access to capital, relationship building, and real change. The NMCRC uses this video to attract sponsorship for the summit, to raise awareness, and to carry the Summit long into the future, thereby honoring the legacy of Al Piña and affecting real progress toward social & economic justice in the United States. 'Do It For Daniel' Documentary Trailer
'Do It For Daniel' is a documentary about Daniel Olson, a star athlete from Ishpeming, MI, who silently suffered from depression and anxiety for years. Unfortunately, the severity of Daniel's condition became too much for him to bear, and he completed suicide. This documentary aims to remove the stigmas surrounding depression and anxiety so people who suffer can feel more comfortable seeking help. Daniel's father, Jeff Olson, has been the head coach of Ishpeming High School's football team for years. After Daniel's death in 2012, the team adopted the slogan "Do It For Daniel" and made a run to the State Championship game at Ford Field in Detroit. In a classic David vs. Goliath match up, Ishpeming (a small town from the upper peninsula of Michigan) faced the Bulldogs of Detroit Loyola. Collective Age Media was proud to Co-Produce this Documentary with Directors Mike & Kammi Berens. We also edited the documentary, provided Music Supervision, Directed portions of B-Roll production, and filmed a variety of B-Roll segments. Here's the trailer we put together for the film.

Beyond The Road // Camilo Pardo & Michael Chetcuti
Camilo Pardo is the Andy Warhol of Automotive Design. When he’s not designing super cars like the 2005 Ford GT, he’s producing some of the most sought after fine art in the world. Camilo also “dabbles” in fashion and furniture design. Michael Chetcuti (aka Chet) is the CEO of Quality MetalCraft, one of the leading prototype and low volume production automotive suppliers in the world. He also co-owns American Expedition Vehicles, the most cutting edge Jeep aftermarket supplier in the universe. These two remarkable men joined forces to produce Merkury HG, a limited line of stainless steel aluminum furniture that will blow your mind. The duo approached Jason Schultz to produce, direct, and edit a short documentary highlighting what designers and manufacturers do when they step away from the automobile. The film, titled Beyond the Road, and narrated by Chip Foose, debuted at the Autoweek Design Forum and was the centerpiece of Camilo and Chet’s presentation. The duo continue to use the film to promote their design prowess at various exhibitions and online via social media. Full Credits during opening sequence.
